As part of International Women's Day 2022, we were able to accompany a number of companies - from medium-sized businesses to global corporations -- on their way to greater gender equality with digital presentations and discussion formats.
The focus of our interactive presentations was on raising awareness and activating employees and male leaders in particular for the quest of gender equality. In our speeches and discussions rounds, we are tackling the braking blocks and most common misunderstandings on the journey towards gender equality, present why an inclusive work environment is good for everyone – the company as well as the individual, and provide concrete ideas on how companies can create a more inclusive environment and turn men into allies for gender equality.
