This last weekend we continued the conversation and progress made last year at our LAB on men and feminism. Like last year, this workshop was supported by Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung, but took things one steps further. In two and a half days, we put together a 50+ pages draft text for a book on how men can effectively work as allies for gender equality. For reasons of efficiency and focus, the entire weekend was held in a conclave style of retreat on Schwanenwerder in the foresty Berlin suburbs. We are really grateful for this group of young thinkers and feminists. Our next steps as a group will be fine editing the text and evaluating ways of publication.
