On Friday, September 4th, Vincent moderated an online conference on the gender-care-gap and its effects on women, men, and society. The event was organized by the German Federal Ministry for Families, Seniors, Women, and Youth in cooperation with Institute for Social Work and Social Education. On two panels, experts, which included Germany's Minister for Family and Women, Franziska Giffey, discussed methods and ideas on how care work can be more equally shared between the partners and how a cultural shift might come about.
