Vincent moderated the 2019 Girls'Day and Boys'Day conference in Bielefeld. The event saw some 250 experts and professionals in the fields of youth empowerment, gender equality, and education come together to dicuss strategies and ideas on how to best overcome stereotypes and show boys and girls that they can pursue and thrive in a wide array of possible jobs. A great day with great people working on important ideas. Thank you to the organizers as well as the German Federal Ministry for Youth and the Federal Ministry for Education for hosting these valuable days.
