Martin started an informal series of talks on the current status and the future of Europe. In this capacity he is meeting up with and hearing from experts in the fields of politics, culture, media, business, and civil society. The talks usually feature a good beverage or a walk through the streets of Berlin (and perhaps other cities in the future) and revolve around questions like: How is the European Union perceived? What opportunities and risks will the EU face in the next 10 to 30 years? What concrete ideas and proposals are out there to strengthen Europe's democracy, freedom and unity? The input he gets is invaluable for our new book that will be published with Droemer in the summer of 2021.
