Our campaign and the political effort in turning an idea into policy has been awarded one of the 2018 Innovation in Politics Awards, in the category „quality of life.“ The award honors six individuals - the two of us from civil society plus (former) MEPs from different parties, Manfred Weber, Rebecca Harms, Istvan Ujhelyi, and Alexander Graf Lambsdorff. We are deeply grateful and say thank you to the 1,000 citizens' jury for selecting this initiative.
