Last week, we moderated the digital conference "Impetus for Europe: equality-oriented structures and diversity in research". The two-day event focused on gender equality in academia and featured an array of German, European, and international experts stemming from universities, governments, and research institutions. The conferences was hosted by the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research and took place in the context of Germany's Presidency of the Council of the EU. We are very grateful for this opportunity and will keep up our contributions to a more gender-equal work environment -- in academica and beyond.
